Preparation
- Set a visible timer
- Choose the seated or low-visibility option you will offer
What to say
“Stand or sit tall. Touch your right hand to your left knee, then your left hand to your right knee. We will do twenty together.”
How to run it

Begin marching in place.
- 2
Touch the right hand to the left knee, then switch sides.

Complete twenty alternating touches together.
- 4
Repeat a little faster; students may soften or close their eyes only if safe.
