Keep it comfortable and useful.
Make room for everyone
- Perform the pattern seated by lifting or pointing toward the opposite knee.
- Touch opposite shoulders instead of knees.
- Keep eyes open whenever balance or comfort calls for it.
Watch out for
- Do not require closed eyes or speed if either reduces safety.
- Do not attach a lesson, reflection, or public share-out afterward.
- Announce the length, honor it, and move directly into the next task.
