Keep it comfortable and useful.
Make room for everyone
- Replace clapping with a visible hand flash, desk tap, word, or switch-activated sound.
- Seat the group in any arrangement with a clear order.
- Treat missed turns as a restart, not elimination.
Watch out for
- Avoid elimination and keep volume comfortable for sound-sensitive students.
- Do not attach a lesson, reflection, or public share-out afterward.
- Announce the length, honor it, and move directly into the next task.
