Make room for everyone
- Offer a seated route: trace a slow visual path around the room and roll the shoulders twice.
- Keep aisles clear and let participants choose their own pace.
- Do not require conversation or eye contact.
Watch out for
- Do not add a destination, partner, introduction, or connection prompt.
- Do not turn the break into networking or a discussion.
- Announce the length, honor it, and move directly into the next task.
