Make room for everyone
- Accept handwritten, typed, dictated, or privately submitted questions.
- Do not require the asker to identify themselves.
- Publish verified answers afterward in an accessible format.
Watch out for
- Do not improvise answers to policy, safety, legal, or personnel questions.
- Follow through visibly on unresolved items.

For the group
Here’s what to do.
