Keep it comfortable and useful.
Make room for everyone
- Allow typing, dictation, audio recording, or private reflection.
- Do not require finding an address or contacting someone.
- Offer a future-facing note to a new educator as an alternative.
Watch out for

- Never collect, read, or mail notes without explicit permission.
