Keep it comfortable and useful.
Make room for everyone
- Never require standing, jumping, or a large motion.
- Allow AAC, teacher voicing, pointing, or passing.
- Echo the student’s preferred name accurately without commenting on it.
Watch out for
- Do not pressure a shy student to perform.
- Keep the echo warm and accurate rather than exaggerated or imitative.
