What to say
“Five rounds: inhale through your nose, take one shorter inhale on top of it, then exhale slowly through your mouth. Normal breathing is always fine.”

Keep it comfortable and useful.
Make room for everyone
- Normal breathing while following a visual count is always acceptable.
- Anyone who feels dizzy or uncomfortable stops immediately.
- No one has to close their eyes, sit a certain way, or explain opting out.
Watch out for
- Do not present it as treatment, a coping requirement, or a replacement for professional support.
- Do not attach a lesson, reflection, or public share-out afterward.
- Announce the length, honor it, and move directly into the next task.
