Keep it comfortable and useful.
Make room for everyone
- Offer a seated table-carousel version where charts move instead of people.
- Use thick high-contrast markers and large print.
- Allow typed contributions through a QR form or shared document.
Watch out for
- Do not use vague prompts that produce generic posters.
- Leave enough reading time so later groups do more than add disconnected ideas.
